Carol believes that the stress and tension from every day life, poor posture and abnormal movement patterns contributes to the pain and dysfunction that you feel. Although being stronger and more flexible is an important component to a healthier body, it is just as important to change faulty movement and posture for long lasting results. This can be accomplished through manual therapy to decrease restrictions that cause the pain, education, and practice of better posture and movement to reduce this stress on the body.
